Yes, we support full OEM & ODM non-standard customization. Our engineering team can design lamps strictly following your CAD drawings, dimension parameters, space decoration style, voltage standard and local lighting code. We offer prototype production before bulk order for confirmation.

2.What is your lead time for custom non-standard chandelier orders?
Sample lead time takes 7-15 working days after deposit and design confirmation. Bulk production lead time ranges from 25 to 40 working days, which depends on lamp structure complexity, order quantity and raw material procurement schedule.

3.Do your custom lamps comply with international safety certifications?

4.What after-sales warranty do you provide for custom non-standard lamps?
We offer 2-year warranty for core light source and electrical accessories of all custom lamps. Within warranty period, we supply free spare parts for quality defects caused by production. Damages from wrong installation or artificial destruction are not covered by warranty.
