 Inner Protection Each crackle glass globe is individually wrapped with pearl cotton and packed into a moisture-proof PE bag; brass frame is fully covered by foam padding. Suspension wires and metal fittings are sorted and fixed inside shaped EVA slots to prevent scratch and oxidation during transit. Middle Packing All disassembled lamp components are separately put into customized 5-layer corrugated inner boxes with honeycomb board positioning. Hard paper corner protectors are fitted on four box corners to resist squeeze and impact damage. Outer Shipping Packing Inner cartons are neatly stacked into heavy-duty 7-layer corrugated outer cases, gaps filled with shock-absorbing filler. Boxes are sealed with waterproof adhesive tape, marked with FRAGILE & THIS SIDE UP labels. Wooden crate reinforcement is available for oversize bulk shipments.
