This non-standard custom floor lamp is a special decorative and functional dual-purpose lighting fixture customized for the rest area, corridor landscape and private negotiation area of a high-end private club. Different from commercial public spaces, private club scenarios have extremely strict requirements for lamp artistry, privacy sense, soft atmosphere and personalized uniqueness. Mass-produced standard floor lamps have fixed straight rod structure, single lighting mode and conventional color matching, which are highly homogeneous and unable to highlight the exclusive high-end positioning of private clubs. In addition, standard lamps have hard light, poor anti-collision performance and no dust-proof and moisture-proof treatment, which are easy to be damaged in long-term indoor static placement and daily pedestrian flow friction, failing to meet the long-term high-grade use needs of high-end private venues. Based on the above pain points, our factory carries out full-dimensional non-standard customization for this single floor lamp, covering appearance modeling optimization, structural safety upgrading, light source atmosphere calibration and surface process customization, creating an exclusive atmosphere floor lamp tailored for private club high-end scenarios. In terms of appearance and structural customization, abandoning the traditional rigid straight-line floor lamp structure, this custom lamp adopts an integrated asymmetrical curved outline design. According to the club’s hollow height of 2.8 meters and leisure area spatial scale, we customize the overall height, base width and lamp body radian in one-to-one correspondence. The slim and smooth curved body breaks the rigid sense of standard lamps, and the ultra-wide weighted base is independently customized to solve the tipping risk of tall floor lamps, realizing stable placement and strong anti-tilt performance. In terms of body material technology, the lamp body frame is made of high-quality thickened aviation aluminum, with integral bending and forming process, no welding gaps on the whole body. The surface adopts customized low-saturation luxury matte black baking finish, with delicate texture, anti-fingerprint and anti-scratch performance, avoiding daily collision and friction damage.The lampshade part is customized with high-transmission frosted silicone material, which is soft and resistant to fall, different from fragile glass lampshades of standard lamps, adapting to complex pedestrian activity areas of clubs.
