The lamp’s full skeleton is crafted from superior iron substrate processed with matte vintage gold electroplating plus multi-coat anti-rust coating, resisting surface abrasion and color fading under prolonged indoor service. Every vertical glass bar is handcrafted flawless soda-lime transparent glass devoid of grain textures, equipped with outstanding luminous transmittance and dependable anti-collision capability. Internal Component Wrapping: All standalone clear glass strips are enveloped separately with pearl cotton padding before being stored inside damp-proof PE sacks. Brass spherical fasteners, hanging support bars and miniature metal fittings are grouped and secured in pre-shaped EVA grooves to eliminate scraping and oxidative corrosion.
Intermediate Carton Setup: Split lamp components are fixed via customized inner cardboard positioning inside five-layer corrugated packaging boxes; four peripheral sides attach paper protective corners to withstand external squeezing harm.
Outermost Export Pack: Sorted inner cartons are neatly layered within reinforced five-layer corrugated outer containers. Empty spaces get filled with elastic cushion fillers, carton openings sealed using water repellent packing tape and printed with caution tags. Extra wooden frame reinforcement is optional for bulk overseas transportation orders.
