We adopt a full three-layer export packaging system to guarantee the safe delivery of geometric frame fabric shade pendant chandeliers. Soft anti-static foam encases the fragile fabric lampshades, keeping them free from dust, scratches and vibration-related harm. Thickened cartons boast outstanding compression resistance, while custom wooden frames firmly fix the packages for cross-border transportation. The entire packaging setup is in line with international shipping criteria.

A: We ship by sea freight or air freight. Goods are packed in cartons with wooden cases.

A: We supply clear assembly instructions and tutorial videos. On-site support from professional technicians can also be arranged upon request.

Q: What is the lead time for mass production?

A: Lead time depends on order volume and your specific requirements. Our standard timeline is approximately 60 days after receiving the deposit. We recommend sending your inquiry at least two months ahead of your desired delivery date.
