The real estate sales office is the core display window of commercial real estate projects, and the sand table display area is the key core area to display project planning, architectural layout and spatial advantages. The lighting effect directly determines the customer's first impression of the project and the overall high-end sense of the sales office space. Traditional sales office lighting mostly adopts ordinary standard panel lamps and simple chandeliers, with single light effect, lack of design sense, unable to highlight the advanced positioning of high-end real estate projects, and cannot create a strong commercial display atmosphere. In order to break the homogenization of traditional sales office lighting, this high-end real estate project launches full non-standard artistic lighting customization for the sand table core area, customer negotiation area and lobby display area of the new sales office, aiming to create a technological, fashionable and high-grade commercial lighting space. Our design team combines the modern minimalist and light luxury architectural design style of the sales office, takes "technological sense, art sense and spatial hierarchy" as the core design concept, and carries out exclusive non-standard modeling design for different functional areas. For the core large-scale project sand table display area, we abandon the traditional single lighting mode of top spotlight and customize a large-scale geometric irregular combined non-standard lamp group. The overall lamp body is composed of multiple ultra-thin stainless steel lamp frames and hidden light guide plates, with hollow-out geometric modeling and smooth and tough lines, which is highly integrated with the modern architectural lines of the sales office. The built-in high-brightness uniform light strip realizes no-main-light soft light illumination, avoiding the reflection and shadow dead angle of the sand table model caused by concentrated spotlighting. According to the overall length and width of the sand table and the ceiling span, we accurately customize the combination size and installation spacing of the lamp group, so that the light completely covers the sand table display area, the model outline is clear, and the building details are perfectly presented. The lamp body adopts high-precision stainless steel wire drawing and mirror polishing composite technology, with delicate and textured surface, which presents different light and shadow textures under the light, enhancing the technological and fashionable sense of the space.
