Hospital lobby Chandelier in 2019
We undertook the full customized non-standard lighting project for the lobby of an international five-star hotel located in Europe. The core product is an extra-large multi-tier Maria Theresa crystal chandelier with hand-polished crystal pendants and 24K gold-plated brass frame. Our design team adjusted the lamp’s overall height, diameter and lamp quantity strictly in accordance with the lobby ceiling height, interior neoclassical decoration style and local electrical safety codes. We produced pre-production samples for client confirmation before mass production, and all finished lamps passed CE, UL and RoHS certification. After finished production and safe layered packaging, goods were delivered smoothly. After on-site installation, the customized chandelier effectively improves the lobby luxury grade, and the hotel purchaser established long-term cooperative relations with our company for subsequent restaurant and suite lighting renovation orders.
This non-standard custom chandelier is a special supporting fixture customized for the lobby of a downtown high-end business hotel, aiming to solve the inadaptability of standard lamps in high-ceiling and large-space hotel scenarios. Standard chandeliers have fixed caliber, fixed lamp body height and single modeling, which cannot be adjusted according to the actual ceiling span and load-bearing limit of the hotel lobby. Moreover, the ordinary lamp body process and light source configuration are unable to meet the high-standard commercial lighting and long-term durable use requirements of high-star hotels. Therefore, our factory carries out full-custom design, component matching and processing production for this single lamp, realizing one-to-one tailored fixture customization. In terms of structural design, abandoning the traditional integral single-block lamp body structure, this non-standard chandelier adopts a multi-segment detachable modular combination design. According to the actual measured ceiling span of 12 meters in the hotel lobby, we customize the overall outer diameter and vertical height of the lamp body, and reasonably divide the lamp body into multiple independent splicing modules. The segmented structure not only solves the problem of impossible transportation and difficult hoisting of super-large integral lamps, but also realizes flexible adjustment of installation spacing and modeling layout, which can perfectly fit the irregular suspended ceiling structure of the hotel lobby. In terms of lamp body materials, the main frame is customized with thickened aviation aluminum profiles exclusively for commercial lamps. Compared with ordinary iron and thin aluminum materials, this customized material has higher hardness, stronger compression and deformation resistance, and excellent anti-oxidation and anti-fouling properties. The surface adopts customized matte gray environmental protection baking finish process, with uniform film thickness and no color difference, which is different from the conventional gold and black fixed colors of standard lamps.
