This teardrop-shaped chandelier adopts three-layer export-grade protective packaging for overseas shipments. First, the entire fixture is fully wrapped with anti-static pearl cotton. Key components are secured in dedicated slots and covered with waterproof PE film for moisture protection. Next, it is placed into a custom 5-ply AB-flute corrugated carton reinforced with paper corner protectors to resist impacts. Finally, all units are packed into a heavy-duty 7-ply reinforced outer carton, with cushioning materials filling gaps inside. The carton is sealed with cross-style packing tape and further fastened with PP strapping. Standard shipping marks are printed on the exterior. For large project orders, solid wooden frames can be additionally installed upon request. The entire packaging process uses no nails, effectively preventing scratches and damage during long-distance transportation and repeated handling.
